We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Sunrise 42 Suites. The room was spacious, clean, and filled with natural light. The rooftop pool was perfect for cooling off, and the sunset views were breathtaking. The location was ideal, just a short walk to both the beach and the bustling areas of town. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Sunrise 42 Suites Hotel is a hidden gem in Playa del Carmen. Firstly, the location is fantastic, being very close to the main avenue and just a short walk away from Mamita's Beach Club. This makes it a convenient base for exploring the vibrant city. Secondly, the staff at the hotel are exceptional. Laura, Giada, and Ana provided excellent customer service and were always welcoming with their smiles. Their knowledge and assistance were greatly appreciated. Lastly, the rooms are well equipped with reliable AC and comfortable beds. The daily housekeeping ensures that everything is clean and tidy throughout your stay.
